Bobby serves in suburban Grand Junction, CO, which sits on the western slope of Colorado, 25 miles east of the Utah border. Grand Junction is comprised of many small communities with a combined population of 147,000. The area is famous for its rich agriculture and fruit orchards alongside large oil and gas industries.
It’s a diverse area with families from a variety of economic, ethnic, spiritual, and social groups. Many children do not step foot inside a church which leads to limited chances for them to know Jesus.
After seeing the needs in her community, Bobby started ministering through Camp Hope. She has been called to reach people in the community who are suffering, to build relationships with them, introduce them to God, and proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ. She will be focusing on ministering to the children at Camp Hope.
Bobby became an approved candidate with InFaith in 2020.
Bobby has been teaching preschool for 16 years and has felt called to reach the children of Grand Junction. Bobby will be serving part-time with InFaith and hopes to show these kids that they can know God in a real way.
